The lovely Cornish surroundingss give this event a unique feel. As in recent years, the Weekender will again take place at Soulvation's spiritual home in Newquay,The Cliffdene Hotel. The Cliffdene has undergone a refurbishment by new owners, and we are once more able to offer fantastic value packages for those of you who want to stay at the Hotel. Altenatively you can simply purchase a Weekend Pass which gives access to all the music sessions,and find your own accomodation.
We will be operating separate Northern/Rare Soul and Modern Soul rooms at The Cliffdene on Friday,Saturday and Sunday nights. On Saturday afternoon we are back at Fistral Blue Bar overlooking Britain's surfing capital, picturesque Fistral Beach, and on Sunday afternoon we return to Lusty Glaze Beach, a spectacular privately owned cove within walking distance of The Cliffdene. The Newquay Weekender is rightly known as "The Friendly Weekender", The happy relaxed vibe is always backed up by top notch Soul Music from our handpicked DJ team.
